Customer Support Representative with English

IGreen Services, the consultancy company committed to offer wide-ranging and customized solutions for online businesses, is accepting applicants for customer support representative who will easily crack the code of client-talk.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency – writing, speaking and listening;

  • Mastery in handling computers (especially Microsoft Office applications);

  • Flexibility in terms of shifts, including night shifts (full-time schedule);

  • Know-how of the demanding language of customer satisfaction;

  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving and problem analysis;

  • Ability to be a team player or handle issues individually;

  • Quick information-grasp skills;

  • ttention to detail and ability to multi-task;

  • Flexible attitude and ability to give solutions under pressure;

  • Candidate must have EU passport, Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic or valid Employee Card

 

Let’s put it bluntly now. What exactly will you be doing?

  • Take over and sorts out customer questions and requests via telephone and email;

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints;

  • Perform customer verifications;

  • Offer customer support using different software applications;

Shifts (including weekends and legal holidays):

  • 13:00 - 21:00

  • 21:00 - 05:00
