Web Analyst

We are looking for:
•    A young, dynamic and self-motivated team-player, proactive above the job’s technical and business aspects, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to welcome to our amazing team;
•    Independent in researching business opportunities and self-reliant in solving minor technical issues, before forwarding them to other departments;
•    Team player, while being mainly a capable self-sufficient owner of his / her own tasks;
•    Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing;
•    Flexible and adaptable, results-driven;
•    Medium marketing knowledge preferred but not mandatory;
•    Willingness to build up the knowledge in time;
•    Advanced computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
•    Previous work experience with any admin-panel / backoffice environment
•    Joomla CMS / Wordpress CMS knowledge is a plus;
•    Must have EU passport or Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic

In this role you will:
•    Get familiar with multiple online business patterns and stay updated with the latest trends in Casual Games, E-commerce niches, Binary Options and hosted online Web Builders (ex: Wix.com);
•    Get familiar and then manage the admin panel functionalities of each website-type; fulfill backend-oriented tasks regarding e-commerce and presentation websites;
•    Perform maintenance checks on our websites; Work closely with the IT team to develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrated systems;
•    Research and propose new CMS / ecommerce features and website improvements;
•    Periodically search for new e-commerce suppliers;
•    Own your data, clearly reporting conclusions and working with the product owner in leading the way in all levels of decision-making;
•    Verify, manage and update product catalogs through the ecommerce backend;
•    Periodically create/edit discounts, vouchers and other relevant marketing offers;
•    Track and report on site metrics/key performance indicators.
•    Assist in developing and executing structural and design oriented test plans to optimize the web site experience and participate in functional testing of site updates and modifications;
